The Muncie Area Amateur Radio Club (MAARC) is an ARRL-affiliated Special Service Club based in Muncie, Indiana (callsign WB9HXG). EmComm ECI is a group of public service-minded amateur radio operators dedicated to providing reliable and coordinated emergency communications to communities in east-central Indiana. The club serves the Yorktown/Mt. Pleasant Township Fire Department and surrounding agencies, while also promoting radio knowledge, fraternalism, and the positive public image of the Amateur Radio Service.
